What we keep, and why.

What we collect
Your name, email address and mobile number to run your bookings; your appointment history, colour formulas and service notes so we can do your hair well; and, if you choose, a card on file held by Stripe.
How we use it
To book, confirm and remind you about appointments, to take payment, and to keep your service history for your stylists. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site: our payment processor (Stripe), our text and email providers (Twilio and Mailgun), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs.
Your choices
You can see and update your details in your account, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to delete your account by emailing ashtonhouse@mg.ownvara.com.
Where it lives
Our systems are hosted in Canada. We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us, and for as long as the law requires after that.
