Appointments

An appointment is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by email or text. Please arrive on time; a late arrival may shorten the service.

Cancellations

We need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window, and missed appointments, may be charged a fee as shown when you book.

Payment

Services are paid at the salon. Where a card on file is required to hold a booking, it is stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and never on our own systems.

Gift cards and credit

Gift cards are redeemable for services at Ashton House and are not refundable for cash.
